1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between aq88 ("we", "our", "the Platform") and each individual ("user", "you") who uses our website and services.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at aq88 is ৳100. We accept the following payment methods:

• bKash — both personal and merchant wallets.
• Nagad — directly from personal wallet.
• Rocket — from personal wallet.
• Bank Transfer — major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

Deposits must be sent from your own account. Deposits sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Direct withdrawal from bonus balance is not permitted — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses are for recreational gaming purposes only — attempting to exploit the system is prohibited.
• If unusual betting patterns related to a bonus are detected, aq88 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

6. Gaming Rules

6.2 Betting Limits

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Betting or managing an account on behalf of a third party.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

aq88 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide verification documents.
• Failure to meet age-related requirements.
• Direction from law enforcement authorities.

8.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Any active bonuses will be cancelled at the time of account closure.
